• Device Identifiers: We generate a unique identifier (Device UUID) stored locally on your device to distinguish your sessions and provide personalized statistics.
• Session Data: We track the duration of your breathing exercises, the type of session (e.g., Sleep, Anti-Stress, Energy), and whether the session was completed. This data is sent to our servers.
• App Interaction: We may collect technical details such as your device type, operating system version, and language settings.

1.2. Personal Data

The App does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use its core features. All breathing statistics are linked to an anonymous Device UUID.

2. Third-Party Services

2.1. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. Google may collect and use your advertising ID (e.g., IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android) and other device information to show you personalized or non-personalized ads.

3. Local Storage and Cookies

The App uses local storage (such as AsyncStorage) to:

• Save your preferences (e.g., sound and vibration settings).
• Store your breathing reminders and exercise history.

• Notifications: To send you reminders for your breathing exercises.
• Vibration/Haptics: To provide physical feedback during breathing phases.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain the data we collect for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

7.1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, use the "Contact Us" button in the App settings. This will open your email client with a pre-filled message to info@dev-lab.app containing your Device UUID automatically. Simply send the email with your deletion request.

Alternatively, you can manually send an email to info@dev-lab.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Device UUID (which you can view by tapping the "Contact Us" button in the App settings).

7.2. Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. Upon completion, we will permanently delete your session data, device identifiers, and any other information associated with your Device UUID from our servers.

7.3. Local Data

To delete data stored locally on your device (such as preferences, reminders, and exercise history), you can clear the App's data from your device settings or uninstall the App entirely.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
